Similar products will be placed as substitutes. Balloon Bouquets can only be hand delivered. About Shipping All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground service. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the additional shipping charges. When choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving your order & shipping it will remain 1-3 days. No Return Policy. All sales are final.
